Culinary Delights

The dining experience at El Dorado Royale was above and beyond my expectations. Each restaurant offered a amazing variety, and I have to highlight the Santa Fe Grill as my favorite. The menu changes kept things exciting, and I particularly enjoyed the spicy chicken wraps. The lunches at JoJo's were also fantastic, with the Aguachili being a must-try. It's clear that they take pride in their culinary offerings which made every meal a good experience!

Relaxation at Its Best

The relaxation options at El Dorado Royale were superb. I made sure to indulge in the beachside cabana rental for my birthday—it was definitely worth the $70 USD, providing an entire day of pampering with attentive service. The spa treatments were excellent as well, with a diverse selection of massages to choose from. It truly felt like a rejuvenating escape!

Room Quality and Comfort

I stayed in a spacious beachfront junior suite, which was a good experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, featuring a lovely whirlpool bath in the bathroom. I appreciated the mini-bar stocked daily and room service that was available 24/7. The only minor drawback was that the lighting could sometimes feel dim; however, the overall comfort made it a wonderful retreat after a day at the beach.

Evening Entertainment Highlights

The nightly entertainment at El Dorado Royale was nothing short of lovely. The Mexican Fiesta night was a standout, featuring delicious food and a live Mariachi band that truly enhanced the atmosphere. I had a terrible experience at this resort, which felt more like a 3-star facility despite what was advertised. While there were some positives, like a great ocean breeze and nice spa experience, the overall service was lacking, with slow response times and poor food quality. I definitely won't be returning here, nor do I recommend it unless you enjoy mediocre experiences at inflated prices.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely fabulous! The service was exceptional, especially from our butler Candido and the pool bartender Juan. The staff was friendly, especially Macaroni, David, and Rudy, but I found the offers misleading and the service inconsistent, particularly during meals. While the resort itself is lovely, my experience with the membership and service left much to be desired.
