During my stay, the range of dining options was very nice! We enjoyed breakfast daily at Cocotal, where the omelet station was superb. Dinner at Kampai was a highlight, with delicious sushi that always impressed. I had a terrible experience at this resort, which felt more like a 3-star facility despite what was advertised. While there were some positives, like a great ocean breeze and nice spa experience, the overall service was lacking, with slow response times and poor food quality. I definitely won't be returning here, nor do I recommend it unless you enjoy mediocre experiences at inflated prices.

Our stay at this resort was absolutely fabulous! The service was exceptional, especially from our butler Candido and the pool bartender Juan. The dining experience was top-notch, and we can't wait to return in January! However, we did encounter some room issues that were quickly resolved by the hotel manager.

The staff was friendly, especially Macaroni, David, and Rudy, but I found the offers misleading and the service inconsistent, particularly during meals. While the resort itself is lovely, my experience with the membership and service left much to be desired.
